The Health Lifestyles 0-5-30 Program at the CSSS-IUGS provides support to persons who are at risk of developing chronic diseases (tobacco addiction, obesity, sedentariness, hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes) in adopting healthy lifestyles. |

These services are offered by various health care professionals, including nurses, nutritionists and kinesiologists
