Health and Social Services Auxiliary

The CSSS-IUGS offers temporary family and social auxiliary services to expecting mothers and to low-income families.

  • Services offered
      • Parental role support (childcare, respite, etc.)
      • Personal care and housekeeping (meals, cleaning, etc.)
  • Clientele
    • Pregnant women and low-income families who have a child aged 0 to 17 and who have a specific need for support (high-risk pregnancy, physical or psychological health problem, social isolation, family problem).
  • How to access these services
    • Upon referral by a CSSS-IUGS care or service provider.
